GeneralError

In case something went wrong in the loading of SSP, you may get to see the "A general error has occured" page. This is an error page that SSP displays to non-admin users and doesn't provide any information on what has gone wrong. There are 2 ways to find more information:

- Do the same action on your SSP server. IIS will display more details of the error when you are working on the local server - Check the log files of SSP, where you will find an entry of the type ERROR with more information why the General Error page was displayed.
