Redirect Forms

First, give the old form a redirect to the new form. Move form into topic that is 'retired'. The Magic is to have the old form live but adjust the role in the way that you just give access to the form itself and no access to the Category and Topic of the Retired topic. That means users cannot navigate there but should be able to access the form and get forwarded.
