Add Columns that show Personal data from Requestor or RequestedFor

You can add any field from the User Data in SSP.

Example: RequestedFor-PORDepartment

Do not forget the '-' between de user & the value !

or as we wrote in the manual : RequestedFor-<fieldname> : Any other field of User for who the ticket was created, as defined in SSP
