If you want to sort on a certain column in a view, SSP sorts through all tickets that match the views criteria.

Therfore, for performance reasons, in the viewtype=ticket, the sorting is limited to these columns: 


    - Ticketnr

    - Ticketdatestarted

    - Ticketname

    - Ticketstatus

    - Ticketdateended

    - Requestorfirstandlastname

    - Requestedforfirstandlastname
