Rebuild lucene index

In order to force a complete rebuild of the Lucene index, you can include an additional parameter in the Task that normally updates the index.

{ "rebuild": true }

The task will then look like this:

Title: Maintain the search indexes in service catalog
Assembly Name: SMTX.ServiceCatalog.BL.dll
Class Name (include namespace): SMTX.ServiceCatalog.BL.MyCode.Tasks.MaintainSearchIndexes
Method name: Run
Input Parameter (string): { "rebuild": true }
