Steps to remove forms and processes

To delete a form and its associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Release Manager and find your form.
  2. Click the Add Relations button.
  3. You will now see all linked processes and parameters.
  4. Go to the same Add Relations button under Processes and click it again.
  5. You now have an overview of all related components.

For each process:

  1. Check whether any email templates are in use.
  2. Verify if there are any Word-generated documents using templates that can be deleted.
  3. If the process contains email steps, confirm whether these use templates.
 These templates may also be removed.
